As I study His word  and spend time alone and pray for revival I always respect and honor some of the older saints who have prepared the way per se' for some of us younger saints...We can learn everything from His word mainly, and spending intimate time with JESUS  and from others who have gone before and have paved the way.
Thank Jesus we are surrounded with a cloud of witnesses that went ahead..

The Hebrews Hall of Fame is full of them

    Heb 11
¶ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.

3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

4 ¶ By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
    .
7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

2 chon 7:14:: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
I pray People will continue to see His face... until revival comes and wakes up the sleeping church...

Here are some good points from one of my favorites:
    Leonard Ravenhill
Weeping between the porch and the altar

"The church used to be a lightning bolt, now its a cruise ship.
We are not marching to Zion- we are sailing there with ease,
In the Apostolic church it says they were all amazed-and now in our churches everyone wants to be amused.
The church began in the upper room with a bunch of men agonizing, and its ending in the supper room with a bunch of people organizing.
We mistake rattle for revival, and commotion for creation, and action for unction.

The first argument God has with a man is not that he's bad,
it;s that he is DEAD in trespasses and in sin.
And Christianity is the only Gospel in the world, the only message in the world, where a man's God comes and lives inside of him.

Where's the brooding of the Holy Ghost these days? When revival comes you don't daringly say, "Joe Smith is come to preach this week, and he'll finish Sunday night." Where in the world did we get the idea that the  Holy Spirit only comes at 11:o'clock Sunday morning and you send Him home at 12:o'clock. You want Him back at 7 at night 'til 8 and we don't need Him 'til Wednesday night.
When revival comes the lights don't  go out in the sanctuary for weeks and weeks and weeks.
You cannot standardize revival. I am not thinking of a church revival: I'm thinking of a national revival. There is only one hope for America and that is that we have a Divine Intervention in the nation. Forget your denomination forget your empty seats.

Let's see first of all how God grieves over the sins of the people, and after all, when you look in the Old Testament, God's argument was not with the Amalekites, and the Hitites and all the other "ites". God's problem in the Old Testament was Israel, God's problem today is not communism, Mormonism, of any other "ism". God's problem is His church today. We are so worldly.
A city wide crusade can cost two million dollars. Revival doesnt cost a red cent, except broken hearts.
I believe the key to revival is given here in Joel, "Let the priests, the ministers of God, weep between the altar and the door posts."

    What we need now is
    A revival of holiness.
    A revival of character.
A revival of people who are utterly selfless
and prepared to lay their lives on the altar for God.

No man-I don't care how colossal his intellect-No man is greater than his prayer life.
There never has been a revival that I can trace, that hasn't been birthed back there with true, true intercession.

Read the Acts of the Apostles and all you read about is prayer, prayer, prayer, prayer, prayer. When they had prayed the place was shaken.
    The formula of revival is:
Preachers need to hit the altars and weep because they have no tears,
Groan because there is no moving of the Spirit of God.
Apologize to God that we've kind of manipulated the supernatural.
Now, I am not just thinking of miracles of twisted limbs and other things.
I think the greatest miracle that God can do is to take an unholy man out of an unholy world, and make that unholy man holy and put him back in an unholy world and keep him holy. But we are more afraid of holiness today in the church than we are of sinfulness.
The devil is running his finger around the church of Jesus Christ and he says, "There is the church of JESUS Christ  asleep, LET IT SLEEP!! because if it ever discovers the power of the HOLY GHOST, if it ever rediscovers the resurrection power of JESUS, it will shake the world...

    We sure need
    a heaven born,
    earth shaking,
    hell-terrifying revival.
And it only comes through brokenness, it comes through honesty.

2 Chron: 7: 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land

    Word in this season

    Ezekiel 33

This is a calling of the watchmen to the posts. A time of accountability to the words the LORD has spoken to your hearts. OBEDIENCE IN THIS HOUR IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. Regardless of whether someone hears you or not, you are to obey.

Obedience is better than sacrifice 1 sam 15.

If you love me you will obey me.

    Isa 35:1-10

There is a path of holiness that I am calling my church to in this hour. This is a season of transition, yea a season of sanctification unto me. A cleansing a refining, honing for I am in one and I am in all. A call to take the position that I have called you to not the position that you have called yourself to.

For many are called but FEW ARE CHOSEN.

For when the earth opens up there will be a running to the houses of God. For great darkness will be upon the earth and many will come to my light.

For this is a season so war a sharpening of the swords for the darkness that will cover the earth

Yea a pruning is necessary has the fruit blossomed yet? Yea I am the gardener and without pruning there will be no fruit.

For I am the vine you are the branches So ABIDE IN ME.. For I am the vine and you are the branches John 5 1-7

ABIDE IN ME. And allow my pruning to bring you where I have called you to.

Let the watchmen speak let the watchmen see let the watchmen be watchmen.

Let the repairers of the breach be able to repair.

For thus says the LORD this is a season on sanctification and separation and purification of my people for HOLINESS unto me.

So be ye holy in thought and conversation..

Watch.. Keep your lamps filled with my oil for if you know when I come you will sleep be ALERT and live UNSETTLED

For I come as a thief in the night..

Be obedient to the call I have chosen you for. For I am  calling my church to be repairers of the breach. Isa 58:12

  • Fret no....

    Your note has been published.

    Psa 37: 1-3.....Fret not..
    Psa 37: 1-2
"Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity,"

    1. The psalm opens with the first precept. It is alas! too common for believers in their hours of adversity to think themselves harshly dealt with then they see persons utterly destitute of religion and honesty, rejoicing in abundant prosperity. Much needed is the command, "Fret not thyself because of evildoers."
To fret is to worry, to have the heart-burn, to fume, to become vexed. Nature is very ape to kindle a fire of jealousy when ti sees law-breakers riding on horses, and obedient subjects walking in the mire;it is a lesson learned only in the school of grace, when one comes to view the most paradoxical providences with the devout complacency of one who is sure that the LORD is righteous in all His acts. It seems hard to carnal judgments that the best meat should go to the dogs, while loving children pine for it. "Neither be envious against the workers of iniquity. The same advice under another shape. When one is poor, despised, and in deep trial, our old Adam naturally becomes envious of the rich and great; and when we are conscious that we have been more righteous than they, the devil is sure to beat a hand with blasphemous reasonings. Stormy weather may curdle even the cream of humanity. Evil men instead of being envied, are to be viewed with horror or aversion; yet their loaded tables, and gilded trappings, are too apt to fascinate our poor half-opened eyes. Who envies the fat bullock the ribbons and garlands which decorate him as he is led to the shambles? Yet the case is a parallel one; for ungodly rich men are but as beasts fattened for the slaughter.

    2. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass."
The scythe of death is sharpening. Green grows the grass, but quick comes the scythe. The destruction of the ungodly will be speedy, sudden, sure, overwhelming, irretrievable. The grass cannot resist or escape the mower. "And wither as the green herb." The beauty of the herb dries up at once in the heat of the sun, and so all the glory of the wicked shall disappear at the hour of death. Death kills the ungodly man like grass, and wrath withers him like hay; he dies, and his name rots. How complete an end is made of the man whose boasts had no end! It is worth while to waste ourselves in fretting about the insect of an hour, an ephemera which in the same day is born and dies? Within believers there is a living and incorruptible seed which liveth and, abideth forever; why would they envy mere flesh, and the glory of it. which but are grass, and the flower thereof?

    3. "Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall thou dwell in the land, and verily shalt be fed."
Here is the second precept, and one appropriate to the occasion. Faith cures fretting. Sight is cross-eyed, and views only as they seem, hence her envy; faith has clearer optics to behold things as they really are, hence her peace. "And do good". True faith is actively obedient. Doing good is a fine remedy for fretting. There is joy in holy activity which drives away the rust of discontentment. "So shall thou dwell in the land." In "the land" which floweth with milk and honey; The Canaan of the covenant. Thous shalt not wander in the wilderness of murmuring, but abide in the promised land of content and rest. "We which have believed do enter into rest." Very much of our outward depends on the inward; where there is heaven in the heart there will be heaven in the house. "And verily thou shalt be fed.", or shepherded. To integrity and faith necessaries are guaranteed. The good shepherd will exercise his pastoral care over all believers. In truth they shall be fed, and fed on truth. The promise of GOD shall be their perpetual banquet; they shall neither lack in spirituals nor in temporals. Some read this as an exhortation. "FEED ON TRUTH;" certainly this is good cheer, and banishes forever the hungry heart-burnings of envy."

  • Dwelling in the Shadow... Psa 91

    Psa 91: 1, 2
1.He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the almighty.
    2. I will say  of the Lord He is my refuge and my fortress; my God in Him will I trust.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most HIGH" The blessings here promised are not for all believers., but for those who live in close fellowship with GOD. Every child of God looks towards the inner sanctuary and the mercy-seat, yet all do not dwell in the most holy place; they run to it at times, and enjoy occasional approaches, but they do not habitually reside in the mysterious presence . Those who through rich grace obtain unusual and continuous communion with God, so as to abide in Christ and Christ in them, become possessors of rare and special benefits, which are missed by those  who follow afar off, and grieve the Holy Spirit of God. Into the secret place those only come who know the love of God in Christ Jesus, and those only dwell there to whom to live is Christ. To them the veil is rent, the mercy-seat is revealed, the covering cherubs are manifest, and the  awful; GLORY OF THE MOST HIGH is apparent;these like Simeon, have the Holy Ghost upon them, and like Anna they depart not from the temple; they are the courtiers of the Great KING, the valiant men who keep watch around the bed of Solomon, the virgin souls who follow the lamb whithersoever  He goeth. Elect out of the elect, they have "attained unto the first three," and shall walk with their Lord in white, for they are worthy. Sitting down in the august presence-chamber where shines the mystic light of the SHECKINAH, they know what it is to be raised up together, and to be made to sit together with CHRIST in the heavenlies, and of them it is truly said that their conversation is in heaven. Special grace like theirs brings with it special immunity.  Outer court worshippers little know what belongs to the inner sanctuary, or surely they would press on until the place of the nearness and divine familiarity became theirs. Those who are the LORD'S constant guests shall find that He will never suffer any to be injured within His gates; He has eaten the covenant salt with them, and is pledged for their protection.
"SHALL ABIDE UNDER THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY "
The Omnipotent Lord will shield all those who dwell with him, they shall remain under his care as guests under the protection of their host. In the most holy place the wings of the cherubim were the most conspicuous objects, and they probably suggested to the Psalmist the expression here employed. Those who commune with the God are safe with HIM, no evil can reach them, for the outstretched wings of power and love cover them  from all harm. This protection is constant they abide under it, and it is all-sufficient, from all attack. No shelter can be imagined at all comparable to the protection of Jehovah's shadow. The Almighty himself is where his Shadow is, and hence those who dwell in his secret place are shielded by Himself. What a shade in the day of noxious heat! What a refuge in the hour of a deadly storm! Communion with GOD is safety. The more closely we cling to our Almighty Father the more confident we may be. (C.H.Spurgeon  The Treasury of David Vol. 2 p 88-89).

  • Do not run from the refiners fire.

As I intercede with others for what is on God's heart I believe this is what He was saying at a recent prayer meeting:
Pls pray about what the LORD is saying: to you.

I will be a wall of fire round about my children zech 2:5
    Comparisons are not of me
Not measuring up is not of me.
    For I respect no man..
Abide in my presence, do not run ahead wait in my presence
Loose yourselves from things that bind you or I will loose you
For I am preparing a remnant people that have been purified by my Fire.
    Mal 3:16
In the fire there is pain but there is freedom for my wall of fire will be around my children.
For my eyes go to and fro to see whose hearts are perfect toward me says the LORD.
I search for a people who have clean hands and pure hearts Psa 24:4
My fire will give you a pure heart and clean hands
Those who go through the fire will come forth as pure as gold for I know the way you will take. Job 23:10
MAL 3:1616 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name

Run run to the fire...for I know whose hearts are mine. For my fire is good
for you. For only those who have been purified in my fire will be in my presence.
Praise me in all things 2 Chron 20:
When you walk in the fear of the Lord you will no  longer fear man Isa 11:2
Fear of me is the beginning of wisdom Prov 8:3
AS DARK AS THE DAYS BECOME I PREPARE A PILGRIM PEOPLE.. YEA LOOSE YOURSELVES FROM THINGS THAT BIND YOU OR I WILL LOOSE YOU.
FOR IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS PROTECTION AND A WALL OF FIRE.
    1 SAM 11
    Says the LORD.

    PLS PRAY..

About Me

  • I am a Daughter of the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. I am happy to be of this world but strive not to be in the world. I believe we are all on Jericho Roads and we all need to stop and pour in the oil and wine for each other. We are only here for a short time WE are all pilgrims on HIS journey. I strive to stay on the straight and narrow. I strive to live long, work hard and laugh and most important stop to remember to smell the flowers. I can do all things with Him and nothing without HIM. HE IS LORD OF ALL THINGS and is the only thing to FEAR. Fear of the LORD can bring you to the top of the mountain and remove all mountains. If God is for us..who can be against us.?
